Yes. If you are selling to someone who pays in cash, we can collect it from the person receiving the delivery and transfer it to your bank account, usually within 2 to 3 business days. The fee is a flat JMD 300 per delivery, taken from the cash collected, plus the normal delivery fee, which you pay online when you book as usual (it is not taken out of the cash). We collect up to JMD 20,000 per delivery. Please ask your customer to have the exact amount ready, as drivers may not have change. To request it, write COD and the amount to collect in the delivery notes when you book. Deliveries that are paid online or on account do not involve cash.
Oversized items are not accepted, and island-wide parcels can be up to 30 lbs. Each delivery address needs its own booking, or use Multiple Deliveries to book up to 5 addresses at once.
